  I wouldn't have even given 1 start since there's no 0. My wife this afternoon around 4.15pm went to apply medicare and a lady staff ended up with her asking and discussing if she has working rights in Australia. Seriously, is this even relevant.
  #Never felt such bad stinks in any of Australian Govt. office before.
  #If you can't serve at-least don't let peoples moral down.
  I would never ever wish to visit Rosny Branch Services Australia.

  Why are they so awful and undeskilled? Why? Twice we have been there to do get our Medicare card and with out checking anything they just gave us a form to fill up but actually our card was ready and sent to the wrong address! We found this information whe we called Medicare aus. Why Tasmanian gov services stinks? Why?

  Adult son homeless in WA since Jan 28 when separated from his abusive partner. CLK cut him off NSS as he didn't know his jobsearch exemption ended on March 19th. Was travelling with 20 month old son across Australia by car -now he is stranded in the middle of nowhere with no money & he can't get through to a CONSTANTLY ENGAGED "Participation Solutions Team"( I have tried all day from home & he has tried all last Thursday and today - constantlay engaged. ) CLK tells him he CANNOT have his payment restored until he contacts that team OR gets a new medical certificate. From where, with what? The doctors where he is now don't know his history. Damn government departments - no feeling, no solutions.

  Almost a month ago, requested for a health care card renewal at Rosny park branch. A young male staff processed whole thing. He checked all my information, gave me a temporary issued paper, took away my old card.
  After 3 weeks of waiting, I still haven’t received anything. So I backed to there and asked another staff to look into it. Turns out, my request wasn’t even sent off, wasn’t even registered on the system.
